3. How do I know my order is accepted?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after you have submitted your order. Please allow 1 - 2 working day for processing the order, and feel free to contact us directly if you have any further enquiries at sowtale@gmail.com
4. Can I add or remove items from my order after it is submitted?
Once your order is submitted, we might not be able to modify your order. But, you can still contact us at sowtale@gmail.com at your earliest convenience for the issue.
5. Can I cancel my order after it is submitted?
It is not possible for us to cancel your order after the order is submitted.
6. What if an item is out of stock after I have paid?
If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email. Refund will automatically be issued to the original purchasing method.
